We know a lot of our transfer applicants are anxiously waiting for decisions and lots of have the same questions! We hear you and hope this FAQ shall help as you wait to hear from us.

When will we find my decision out?

All transfer students whom applied to USC for fall 2015 admission will be notified of either a decision, or a request for more info by June 1. We come in the process of making decisions, so some pupils have heard back from us while many have actually not. Just it is good or bad news there are still a couple weeks until June 1 and we are making our way through all the applications because you haven’t heard from our office yet does not mean.

What does a Spring Grade Request mean?
For some students, we aren’t able to produce a decision with the information we have. We might request to see your final springtime grades to help us in making a decision. As they are available if you received a spring grade request, please send us your grades as soon. Different schools complete at different times, so the faster you’ll send us your grades, the faster we are able to get an admission decision back to you.

Our company is aware that numerous semester system schools finish in May and many quarter systems in June. Our admission counselors are alert to this timeline, and we are going to be accommodating to each individual college, but once again, usually do not delay in sending us your grades whenever we asked for them.

We have talked a great deal about how precisely summer time is the season that is slowest in admission and how crucial it’s for people to flake out. Contrary from what may be popular belief ( would you even think we do find ways to keep ourselves busy throughout the summer months about us over the summer. From fabricated things like Chicken-Nugget-Offs and water bottle jousting to more essential tasks like hosting high school counselors and developing a brand new means to track the greater than 700 university fair invites, rarely are we just sitting around nothing that is doing.

This past week, I happened to be in Reno at planning conferences for next 12 months’s professional seminar. We were hosting high school counselors on a tour of California colleges and conducting interviews for new admission counselors to join our team when I got back to the office. Some schmoozing later, I tackled the task of trying to find a way that is good gather college fair invitations, buy them to your territory managers and then track every one of the responses. This might appear easy but we can not count exactly how many conversations I had wanting to troubleshoot a solution that is efficient. We really had a nightmare about the succeed spreadsheet we’ve been using. (Being an adult is extremely exciting).
