Union calls for beds to reopen in schools

1. I do not share the concerns about the A4 rubbish collection scheme. In fact, I don’t think the public do. Not only did it not happen, but it looks increasingly likely to fail in the courts because the costs are not yet recovered. There are a number of reasons for this:

I am not willing to take on the cost of the first waste collection trial because I think we ha우리카지노ve to do a better job getting people into treatment. And we are also dealing with an ageing population and a rising population of young people, so I suspect that the trial may have to be scaled back. Some of the public support for the waste-collection scheme appears to be driven by a fear of being caught up in all these concerns, and that could be a mistake.

My position is that the scheme should get off the ground and run without additional risk – something the public would not be willing to do for the time being.

I agree with some, and not much else.

But, on that basis, I am prepared to accept that the scheme has got serious flaws, should be overhauled or should be stopped and the scheme stopped before too many people are actually adversely affected. That would be the only way that the scheme could get back on its feet once and for all, but my instinct, and the advice of many other individuals I know, seems to be that there’s no way, in our current financial situation, we can carry on as we are. It’s just too risky. If the scheme can’t be restarted then perhaps that means a trial cannot get off the ground, or that the whole thing should go ahead.
